Good job today, Piyoyon-chan is here!
(⚠️ This is "Pin-go," my catchphrase. Please get used to it!)
Lately, with rehearsals and performances, I haven’t had much time to create Instagram posts.
But honestly, it’s such a happy problem to have!
It’s truly precious to have the opportunity to make music in front of people and get paid for it.
No matter how far I go, I want to always appreciate this deeply.
Today, I worked on creating social media posts,
and I’ve been thinking since this morning about writing something about how I create videos behind the scenes.
(It’s actually a question I get asked a lot.)
You know, I’ve actually been pretty serious about this.
At the beginning of the year, my Instagram followers were under 100.
But I’m so thankful that it’s grown significantly, and now I have over 8,000 followers.
(Amazing… Thanks to Instagram’s algorithm, I feel like I’m connecting with people worldwide. What an incredible era we live in!)

The power of social media is truly astounding.
For now, the majority of my work comes from social media.
Of course, if I were already an amazing musician, I wouldn’t need to put so much effort into social media.
But considering that I was working a regular office job until the start of this year,
building work opportunities from scratch has made social media indispensable.
I even thought about that while submitting my resignation letter.
So, I studied. Properly.
And I always do my research on social media (watching SNS feels like work now).
I also regularly brainstorm with friends. (One of my friends, Yocchan, is a hardcore freelance marketer who always helps me brainstorm. They tend to look scary when deep in thought, but I don’t mind anymore.)
Sorry for bombarding you with so much info right off the bat.
It’s just that I place a lot of importance on this.
Of course, improving my music skills is my top priority.
But sharing my music is equally important.
It’s not about one being more important than the other; they’re both essential.
I’ve been improving little by little while keeping this balance. And I’ll keep improving going forward!
How I Decide on Post Content
First of all, when it comes to deciding what to post,
I’m not aiming to be an Instagrammer or influencer.
My goal is to make people love my music.
If a post goes viral but doesn’t achieve that goal, it’s meaningless to me (this point is pretty important).
Since I need to dedicate most of my time to practice, my first priority is to ensure that posting doesn’t become a burden.
So, I’ve streamlined my posting content and schedule to minimize the time and effort needed.
